“Our 2026 Ladies Open was held on Saturday 9th May and began in relatively benign conditions for the early starters, however as the wind pick up and the rain came down scoring became increasingly difficult. Sadly, for a small handful at the latter end of the field it became too onerous and the free tea, coffee and scone in the clubhouse presented a greater temptation. The eventual winners, with an impressive 89 points, were Carol Jones, Bernice Peakman & Anne Morron from Billingham Golf Club. The 2027 event is already open for booking with the early tee times proving very popular.”

2027 Junior Open

  • ● Format: 18-hole Stableford, max handicap index 28 for Boys, 36 for Girls.
  • ● Entry Fee: £10
  • ● Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd in two categories.
  • ● Closing Date: 23rd May at 23:59.
  • ● A draw, based on handicap, will be made for tee times.

2026 North England Women’s Amateur Championship

  • Date: Tuesday 26th May at Goswick GC (18-holes) & Wednesday 27th May at Seaton Carew GC (36-holes)
  • Entry Fee: £60 | Prize Fund: £2,700
