2025 Seaton Salver This year’s Seaton Salver, which was held on Saturday 7th June, was probably one of the closest fought in the event’s long history. With a field limited to sixty, and made up of some of the region’s best golfers, expectations were always high and they certainly delivered. Northern Golfer England Golf has selected Seaton Carew Golf Club to host the Under-16 international match between England and Spain this spring. The event will take place April 5-6 with the elite teams of boys and girls going head-to-head over four rounds – with foursomes matches each morning followed by singles matches in the afternoons. Players will compete over the Micklem layout at Seaton, which welcomed the best male and female golfers in the country in 2024 for the English Amateur Championship.
